Introduction
Ananya's Nana Nani Homes understand the unprecedented situation and the fear and anxiety associated with the COVID-19 virus. We, at Ananya's Nana Nani Homes, are committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety for our elderly residents and consistently take necessary preventive measures to fight against this pandemic.
Measures taken during COVID-19 lockdown
Ananya's Nana Nani Homes are dedicated to providing safe and secure living for older individuals. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, several measures have been taken to ensure the safety of each person in our care. All essential items and groceries are delivered directly, with contactless delivery protocols observed. Visitors are limited and screened upon entry into the property. Mandatory temperature checks are done, and strict hygiene protocols are followed by all. All staff members are provided with PPE and ongoing training for the use of such protective equipment. To reduce unnecessary contact, virtual activities are organized daily with family members and caretakers. Communication sessions through video calls with the caretakers ensure that the elderly continue to receive adequate care. Regular wellness checks are done by qualified doctors, while nutritious meals are cooked and served to all residents. These have been the initiatives taken by Ananya's Nana Nani Homes, to ensure the health and safety of its residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sanitization of Common Areas
Ananya's Nana Nani Homes are committed to the health and safety of all our guests and staff. We
are taking proactive steps to ensure that all safety protocols are met and surpassed. We have
implemented rigorous standards for the sanitization of common areas such as lobbies, elevator
buttons, lounge areas, and fitness centers. We have heightened our already-stringent cleaning
protocols and are utilizing disinfectant on all frequently touched surfaces. Our staff is
trained to use rigorous sanitization protocols while cleaning and disinfecting guest rooms and
public spaces. Moreover, all staff wear personal protective equipment and gloves while handling
common areas. These measures ensure that you are in a safe and healthy environment at all
times
while staying with us.
Food delivery
Ananya's Nana Nani Homes are committed to ensuring the comfort of its residents. In light of the pandemic, we delivered food to provide our inmates with fresh and nutritious meals. Each meal is sourced from local markets and is prepared with the utmost care, making sure all the dietary requirements are met. This initiative has been a real blessing for the inmates, as it grants them access to delicious and safe meals. In spite of difficult times, Ananya's Nana Nani Homes are putting in a tireless effort to ensure their elderly residents remain safe, healthy, and happy.
Security Measures
The safety and security of our elderly residents was our top priority during the Covid-19
pandemic. At Ananya's Nana Nani Homes, we have implemented a series of security measures to
ensure the health and well-being of our residents
amidst this situation.
We have provided our residents with warm and comfortable Proper medical care, so they can feel
safe and secure. To minimize close contact, we are allowing only essential personnel to enter
the premises. In order to prevent the possibility of virus transmission, regular sanitation and
disinfection of the residential area and other common spaces such as dining areas, bathrooms,
etc
have been undertaken.
Furthermore, we have also implemented strict policies related to visitor visits. Visitors are required to wear personal protective equipment such as face masks, gloves, and full body covers, and only close family members with valid identification are allowed to enter the home. We are also keeping in touch with our relatives. Residents are allowed limited outdoor activities in the morning and late afternoon, and we monitor the temperature of our residents twice a day.
Thus, Ananya's Nana Nani Homes are dedicated to providing the best care for them in these difficult times.
